Check - In Procedures

Welcome in! We're happy to have you! When you arrive, please stop by our front Office to confirm your reservation, provide required documentation, receive your site number, and gate access code. Our team will make sure you’re set up, informed, and ready to enjoy your stay at South Waco RV Park.

Guests may check in on the day of their reservation anytime between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Monday - Friday

Guests may check in on the day of their reservation anytime between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, on Saturdays.

Saturday

Guests may check in on the day of their reservation anytime between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM, on Sundays.

Sunday

Check - Out Procedures

All guests must check out by 2:00 PM on the final day of their stay. Any guest who remains on their site past 2:00 PM will be charged a $10 late fee.

Before departure, management will inspect the site to ensure it is clean, free of trash or animal waste, and that no damage has occurred. All charges must be paid in full before leaving the property.

Electricity billing is handled separately for Daily and Weekly Rental Stays:

Daily Rental Stays: Electricity charges are calculated from the meter readings taken during the guest’s stay. An invoice will be sent once the stay is complete.
Weekly Rental Stays: Electricity charges are also based on meter usage and will be deducted from the guest’s $100 electricity deposit. If the electricity cost is less than the deposit, the remaining balance will be refunded to the guest within 7–10 business days.
